A rough guide. Mia does her best to accommodate last-minute asks, especially for the standards, but planning a little ahead guarantees you get exactly what you want.

What to tell us up front.
A custom cake starts with a few details: the date, the headcount, the occasion, and any picture you love. The note shows what Mia needs; the form beside it sends it to her in one go.

Do you deliver?
Right now, all orders are pickup at the Anonymous Coffee counter. For big events in Williamsburg, ask. We sometimes make exceptions for a small fee.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, or Venmo at pickup. For custom cakes over $100, we ask for a 50% deposit to lock in the date.
Is everything nut-free?
Pound cakes and custom cakes are made in a fully nut-free zone. Cinnamon rolls come plain or with nuts and raisins, and are made near nuts. Please tell us about any allergies when you order.
Are there minimums?
Only two: Mini Bites are a minimum of 3 per order and Pound Cake Truffles a minimum of 6. Cookies, cupcakes, muffins, biscones and brownies are available by the half dozen or dozen when you order ahead, or pick up singles at the counter. Puddings, cobbler and baked oatmeal come by the pan.
Can you do gluten-friendly or vegan?
Gluten-friendly, yes, and they're delicious (the pear spice muffins, for a start). Heads up: everything is baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, but we do our best to sanitize to avoid cross contamination. Vegan is an occasional thing, ask with extra lead time.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change, we understand. But cancellations and deposits are non-refundable, so double-check your date before you order. If something comes up, reach out and we'll see what's possible.
Do you ship?
Pound cakes travel well. We can box them for pickup, and you can take them as far as your car can drive. No mail shipping yet.
